With a philosophy of minimal intervention, rocks from the vineyard are added to the fermentation vessel before the wine is racked and aged on lees (with stirring) for a year, and then aged another year on the same lees. The result is a lush style of Cabernet Franc, with juicy red fruit and notes of white pepper and granite, round tannins and a silky finish. Sold out.
