From Novelty Hill's estate Stillwater Creek Vineyard, the Grenache is planted on 22% slopes with southern exposure—signature Grenache aromatics of rose petals, wild strawberries and blood orange peel along with tobacco leaf. The palate shows bright red fruits, raspberries, sweet cherry and white pepper. The alcohol shows heat on the back palate and the nose at first pour.
