Ultra-fine tannins are super smooth and velvety, with great intensity and depth of flavour, along with a real freshness factor, like rain on crushed basalt rocks. The 2023 Quilceda Creek Tchelistcheff Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the Mach One Vineyard in the Horse Heaven Hills AVA and is entirely Clone 412.
