Quilceda Creek's Mach One vineyard is the first and one of the only plantings of the 412 clone of Cabernet Sauvignon in Washington State. It's a clone (412) that shows floral elegance, savoury and violet-toned alight from the glass showing depth and refinement. Dark florals and chocolate shavings to the fore, there's a mineral streak of graphite that carries the mid palate, and a complementary fleshy fruit component; finishing with dark chocolate shot through with dried mint leaves.
