From the classic Yakima site this GSM is really a GM, 85% Grenache with the remainder being Mourvèdre, Rhône Valley eat your heart out. This wine's aromas are intensely savoury, as notes of garrigue and graphite mingle with dark berry fruits and dried rose petals. The savoury character predominates the palate with anise, white pepper and smoke, setting the scene for candied raspberry, piquant purple berries and generous mineral character flaunting the finish.
