Aromatic hints of spice and wet stone give way to a sort of experimental blend that is all fruit, all the time. This wine is a blend of lightly-pressed red grapes Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet, with a predominant % of Chardonnay, as well as Riesling, Pinot Gris and Viognier - a real 'kitchen sink', as we say in the States. The palate is rich, deep, and fruit-focused. Granny Smith and Honey Crisp apple blend with stone fruit and finally give way to a very rich finish.
