A two vintage blend of Mourvedre with 34% Syrah, with 2020 fruit from Dead Poplar Vineyard and 2021 fruit from Andrews Family and Weinbau Vineyard. Winemaker Seth Kitzke looks to ‘plushness to the max’ with this wine. Ripely fruited and generously spiced. Aromatics of spiced black plums, stewed blackberries and mocha powder converge on the palate with ripe blackberries and black cherry flesh; the fruit-driven core is followed by dark chocolate and mint and a rich gingerbread cake finish with notes of cherry kirsch.
