Older plantings, from 1991, on very sandy soils,  surrounded by organic blueberries, "it's like a beach", and this creates great texture per winemaker Matías Kúsulas. Savoury on the nose, with eucalyptus, bay, and he goes for purity, 20% new oak, and a sense of rusticity. On the palate, savoury first, with black fruits, white pepper and a deep graphite streak.
