From a Washington Syrah icon, Boushey Vineyard, comes the floral and elegant 2019 WT bottling. Planted in 1998, the Boushey shows an array of taut black fruit aromas, floral elegance and hints of smoky spice. On the palate, you see the refinement in the core of bramble fruits, with hints of clove, rose petal florals, graphite, and iron filings showing a mineral lightness with dried sage and anise, adding a savoury herbal freshness. ‘There's always a lightness and freshness to Dick Boushey's Syrah,’ says Lindsay Thorsen.
