Ray is currently hosting tutored tastings at the Scandinavian Kitchen in central London in his own relaxed and informative style, de-mystifying wine for everyone.
Classes range from drop in tastings on various themes to more focused WSET Intermediate and Advanced courses. He is a member of the Association of Wine Educators and won the Young Wine Writer of the Year Award in 2007.
Ray has worked as a sommelier for Gordon Ramsay and is now a regular contributor to many specialist wine publications, including Harpers Wine & Spirit, Drinks International, World’s Best Wine Guide and writes a monthly column for Scan Magazine.
