Appealing, generous toasty, buttery nose. Refreshing acidity enlivens some rich flavours of baked apple and buttered tea cakes. Full and broad mouthfeel, charming dry note on the lengthy finish.

Outstanding ivy-leaf finesse and a touch of dried wild mushroom, tool: pure, long, refined scents.  On the palate, very light, creamy, graceful, elegant and lifted; virtuoso, resonant acidity, with a faintly saline hint; fine, feathery textures (half fermented in older oak barrels; no malo).  Restrained, fine-grained, convincing.

From barley and wheat to 16 acres of vines comes Wiston Estate. This blanc de blancs has a fruity nose of baked apples. This is continued in the rich mouthfeel and further invigorated with a complex autolytic character. Rich and toasty brioche buns, butter and creamy biscuits flavours are joined by more baked apple fruit.
