<p>A 550-bottle release of a single-clone parcel. Foot-trodden grapes are 70% whole-bunch fermented and basket pressed by Garry Crittenden himself before one year in seasoned French oak barrels. Pale ruby in colour, it has a delicate nose and palate with a lick of anise-dominant Chinese five spice, chocolate truffle, silky plum and sappier red cherry flavours. Ripe grapefruity acidity and chamois tannins make for a slow burn finish with a hint of kirsch.</p>
