Hailing from the Languedoc as opposed to pricier Provence, this blend of mainly Grenache with Syrah and a dash of Cinsault is dry, fresh and fruit-forward. It's a fairly commercial style, easy drinking and expressive. Pale in the glass, it has aromas and flavours of white flowers, strawberry and watermelon, livened by grapefruit citrus notes. A breezy, fresh, Mediterranean style, in a striking bottle (a rose motif is moulded into the bottom, echoing the name).
