Drinking Window: 2018 - 2019
You'll pay a slight premium for this rosé version of Bouvet-Ladubay's traditional method fizz, made from Cabernet Franc. It's still great value though – an attractive salmon colour in the glass, there's a fragrance of bright redcurrant and strawberry fruit, and a dry, fresh liveliness to it that's guaranteed to perk up any drinks party. Uncomplicated but appealing.
