Tesco, Finest Sancerre Rosé, Loire, France, 2021

This Pinot Noir rosé will appeal to those who like their rosés bone dry and made in a gastronomic style. It's made for Tesco by Domaine Fournier Père et Fils, which has been producing wines in the region for close to 100 years, from 10- to 30-year-old vines. Vinification was carried out with the aim of preserving aromas and the terroir character of the wine. You'll find easy, tangy red berry fruit flavours, fresh and juicy. Would work well with a tuna niçoise salad.
