This new Prosecco listing falls bang into the middle of the Brut category, sweetness wise, with 9g/L sugar. It's 85% Glera (the usual Prosecco grape), with 5% each added of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero. It's a fairly simple Prosecco, but attractive and easy drinking, with aromatic, juicy pear fruit and white flowers.
