The nose opens with subtle rose potpourri and grapefruit zest, with a savouriness that is akin to rocket leaf. The dry palate is textured with orange pith and a welcome streak of lemon. Pepper tingles on the finish alongside more of that rose petal vibe and an alluring highlight of Seville orange. Intense on the palate and long.
