It reveals lime blossom, mouthwatering lime, fresh cut apple and pink grapefruit with hints of white pepper, laurel and spicier pith going through. Bath salt and saline nuances chime in on the finely tuned, persistent finish. One fermentation, without added yeasts or sugar. 7,700 bottles produced.
