Aged on fine lees and just off-dry (5.2g/l residual sugar) for broader appeal, but Arinto’s trademark acidity keeps the juices flowing on a tingly lemon and lime palate with pretty lime blossom lift. The pre-fermentation maceration ups the intensity. Lingering, with fresh lime, rainwater and a saline edge to the finish. Clever winemaking.  Great quaffing.
