A blend with textural complexity and a pleasant phenolic grip. Sour fruit such as lemon, white grapefruit, gooseberry and green apple, underpinned by fresh, gravelly salinity, with zesty juiciness throughout. Avesso fermented with skins in lagares (stone vats); Alvarinho in spherical cement vats (hence '360'). Aged for 24 months in French oak on gross lees, then 12 months in steel tank and a further 24 months in bottle.
