Chiselled, with velvety creaminess on the side palate and a fine acid line. Frangipane, geranium, red apple and lemon curd rest on a fleshy layer of pineapple and quince. Hints of wild fennel, pea shoot and parsley, with lingering smoky nuances. This Arinto-Azal blend is only made in the best vintages, from 'en ramada' (pergola-style) vineyards planted in 1931. Ramadas Metal is matured in stainless steel (unlike it's oak-aged sibling, Ramadas Wood). It's the perfect introduction to Sem Igual’s low-intervention philosophy.
