Austere yet racy, intense and long, with puckering suck-on-a-lemon fruit of sorbet-like purity and a Margarita dart-like lick of salt and lime to the finish, it is refreshing to the very core. Bring on the oysters.  Clever stuff from young gun husband and wife team João Camizão and Leila Camizão Rocha.
