In 2007, Manyo Moreira returned to his Galician homeland after leading different projects in other regions of Spain. This small- production Albariño wine is his flagship, and it underwent lees contact before bottling.
Sarah Jane Evans MW - Honeyed style with a brisk bite and a lovely texture, developing secondary characters overlaying the straightforward fruit. Long and saline on the finish.
Sarah Ahmed - More oxidative style, super nutty, satin-like, apple core and grapefruit, with good intensity,
some canned peach and brine with a light nougat edge, bringing a richness to the palate and flavour spectrum.
Beth Willard - Very rich and complex. Lemon and lime finish. Lees obvious and very well balanced with acidity. Touches of mint and burnt butter, with fennel herbs and green apple, and more spicy cinnamon notes.
