Ch'ng Poh Tiong
30 years in wine. Ch'ng is publisher of The Singapore Wine Review, and wine columnist for Singapore's largest circulation Chinese newspaper, the Lianhe Zaobao. In 2000, he published the world's first Guide to Bordeaux in Chinese, and is founder of the International Congress of Chinese Cuisine and Wine. Ch'ng is also publisher of www.chinesebordeauxguide.com, the world's first bilingual Chinese/English website on Bordeaux wine
