Table wine

General term for any wine that is not fortified.

More specifically, in the

EU, a wine not entitled to any quality/regional designation (see ‘QWPSR’). See

also ‘tafelwein’, ‘vin de table’, ‘vino da tavola’, ‘vino de mesa’.
