Gabrielle has chosen a path in wine that encompasses work as a buyer (showroomprivé, Eataly), educator (Gabrielle is responsible for various wine trainings programs including those of inseec MSc & MBA), and speaker. She talks and writes about wine in diverse medias, including french newspaper Le Figaro.
