Roberson Wine School has been established to provide wine education in a young, modern and enthusiastic environment - giving you the knowledge and information that will set you well on the way to becoming an expert.
Our Introduction to the world of wine course will teach you how to taste and evaluate wine before telling you all you need to know about the what, where, who and when of wine. It will give you the inside track on ordering from a restaurant wine list, food and wine matching, spotting wine faults, storing and serving wine.
Once you are confident enough to delve deeper into the details, there is a wide range of courses and tastings that focus on specific regions and grape varieties. Courses such as ‘The wines of Bordeaux & Burgundy’ or our regional walkabout and varietal tastings will give you further insight into the worlds most complex and fascinating wines.
