| The Ritz dinning room will provide the perfect setting for an evening of magnificent wines perfectly matched with a gourmet menu. Following a reception where guests will enjoy Champagne Bollinger’s Grande Annee 1996, Christian Moueix will introduce his Hosanna 1999. The next wine in this stellar list will be La Fleur Petrus and especially for this dinner Christian has chosen to pour the 1998 vintage, a year many regard as the vintage of the decade in Pomerol. The excellent 1990 vintage from Château Magdelaine will precede the highlight of the evening; Château Pétrus 1989, a five-star vintage from one of the world’s most sought after wines. This stunning wine, now at the full height of its maturity, will provide the perfect ending to an unforgettable evening.
