Evans & Tate, Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, Margaret River Western Australia 2007

Whistle-clean and fantastic combination of the two grapes, with the Sauvignon adding zip, Semillon the body and texture. This is crisp but full, lemon-fresh and very long.
