Nick Bielak moved to Italy in 1996 and shortly afterwards entered the wine business hosting wine tours, tastings, and translating brochures and tasting notes. In 1999 he started working for a Puglian wine estate before becoming its sales and marketing manager. In 2003, he joined Bibendum Wine before moving to London-based Italian wine specialist Vinexus in 2006.
