Day-to-day Edward Gerard oversees the purchasing and commercial contracts for all Wines, Spirits, Beer and Cigars at Harrods, for both retail departments and the 19 Harrods restaurants in the store.

Prior to his 5 years at Harrods, Edward spent 4 years as the Wine Director for Quintessentially Wine where he set up and ran their North American business.

He started his wine career 16 years ago for Jeroboams where one of his first tasks was to dress up in a Santa suit and deliver wine to Chelsea and Belgravia residents on a traditional butchers bike.
