Louise Sydbeck MW, who has lived in France for 20 years, has been involved in the wine trade since the start of her professional career.
After working as sommelier, wine tour guide and wine consultant for a number of years she set up her own business, Riviera Wine. Riviera Wine is based in Antibes and is now one of the main wine supplier to the yachting industry on the French Riviera.
In addition to wine supply and consulting she also organises wine events, lectures and teaches WSET wine courses. Louise became a Master of Wine in 2014 and was also awarded the Bollinger Medal for her results in the tasting examination. Louise is the third Swedish Master of Wine, joining Ulf Sjödin MW and Madeleine Stenwreth MW.
Louise was first a DWWA judge in 2015.
