For many years Blue Water Cafe’s wine list has been internationally recognized as one of the finest in the world. The uncommonly deep cellar showcases some 14,000 bottles and 1,200 labels and holds true to the restaurant’s culinary philosophy – that the best ingredients and finest wines should inspire and balance to create a truly memorable dining experience. For the first time, a selection of top Decanter World Wine Awards winners was part of the Blue Water Cafe’s prestigious offering to customers in October 2010.
