Last November’s Margaret River Gourmet Escape provided the perfect opportunity to catch up with top culinary and winemaking talent. Their number included Margaret River pioneer and biodynamic advocate, Cullen Wines in Wilyabrup, where I met with chief winemaker Vanya Cullen for a one-to-one tasting of the estate’s flagship wines.
