Jane Foster

Based on the Dalmatian coast, Jane Foster is a travel writer specialising in Croatia, Montenegro and Greece. Having grown up in the rural Yorkshire Dales, her love of nature and living off the land inspired a passion for agrotourism, and her experience of living in Italy, Greece and Croatia led naturally to viticulture. Her appreciation of wine, especially lesser-known native varieties, takes her to plenty of vineyards, cellars and tasting rooms on her journeys, as well as a wide range of restaurants and bars. She has written for The TelegraphThe Guardian, The WINE Magazine (formerly Gourmet Traveller Wine), Condé Nast Traveller and various in-flight magazines, and speaks Italian, Croatian and Greek.
