Mandy Chan, from Canada, owns a fine wine business in Hong Kong and is a judge in the Decanter Asia Wine Awards (DAWA).
Biography:
Mandy Chan is the co-owner of Ginsberg+Chan a popular fine wine merchant in Hong Kong. She started Ginsberg+Chan with her husband Jason Ginsberg in 2009, focusing primarily on older vintages of fine and rare wines. Their current wine list carries over 20,000 wines with a strong focus in older Burgundy, Italy, Bordeaux, Champagne and California. As a boutique retailer, Ginsberg+Chan embraces the spirit of a traditional wine merchant where customers get a real sense of the shop’s identity, the people who run it and most importantly the wines within it. Located in Central they have a tasting room & retail shop that caters to all wine lovers.
