Tasting: Meursault 1er Cru 2010

Bright tangy mineral nose, apricots, pears. Fresh, lean, quite racy and precise; very ripe fruit is balanced by stylish acidity, adding up to a harmonious wine with no rough edges even if it lacks some complexity now. Long stony finish.

Tasting: Meursault 1er Cru 2010

Some candied limes and pear on the nose, with toasty oak. The palate is dry with high acid and some oak influence but the flavours seem to drop off early for me.

Steven Spurrier

Tasting: Meursault 1er Cru 2010

Nicely lifted yellow fruits nose and good vivacity and lively acidity. Good vigour and grip with a very good future for this elegant, quite robustly fruity wine.
