Charmes
Manufacturer:

Stephen Brook
Tasting: Meursault 1er Cru 2010
Muted apricot nose. Rich, bold, assertive, very concentrated with a good deal of spice. It may lack elegance, but has power and complexity to compensate. Good length.
Gearoid Devaney
Tasting: Meursault 1er Cru 2010
Golden yellow hue. Ripe mango and cinnamon spice on the nose. The palate is rich and full bodied; lots of texture and salty minerals, this has lots of class and potential.

Steven Spurrier
Tasting: Meursault 1er Cru 2010
Quite full, herby, yellow summer fruits. Naturally rich (14% alcohol) and so quite fleshy, but this is balanced by lemony acidity. A good, slightly sweet, broad wine that will develop well but never gain too much finesse.
