Stephen Brook

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Muted but oaky black fruits nose. Medium-bodied, an elegant graceful style, with a silky texture. But it doesn’t lack tannins and structure, but carries them with a light touch, though it’s not very complex. Balanced and should age well. Good length.

Yohann Jousselin MS

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

A very rich style of Cabernet, offering notes of blackcurrant jam, sweet spices and caramel. As the wine opens it shows notes of cedar wood and tobacco.

David Motion

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Open, fresh, high-toned red fruits. Bright fruit in the mouth. Sweet.
