Richard Hemming

Tasting: UK Sparkling

Pert, bright red fruit with a bitter finish and a light, delicate palate. Perfectly well balanced, but missing a bit of flesh and compelxity.

Justin Howard-Sneyd

Tasting: UK Sparkling

Good pinky-salmon colour. A hint of cheesiness on the nose, but this does not follow through onto the palate, which is clean and fresh. There is a pithiness to the fruit flavours that keeps wine lively and interesting

Stephen Skelton

Tasting: UK Sparkling

Power of really ripe fruit on the pallet. Luscious red fruits and round, rich characters dominate. Acid is there, but its ripe acidity and very well balanced. Great wine.
