Biblia Chora

Sarah Jane Evans MW

Tasting: Greek Assyrtiko

Exotically aromatic: pineapple, tropical fruit, with butter and wood smoke. Very rich and rounded palate, with a spicy undernote, but acidity comes punching through with a linking thread. Fine mineral finish, though a little hot.

Nico Manessis

Tasting: Greek Assyrtiko

Soft Summer smells. Well-mannered, post-modernist style. Elegant and polished. One of a few which can be served as a aperitif.

Igor Sotric

Tasting: Greek Assyrtiko

Mediterranean herbs, pinewood and salty minerals. Green apples and nectarines, a youthful character, with structure and length. Dynamic and elegant.
