Framingham, 2010

  • Grape Variety: Pinot Noir
  • Drink: 2012 - 2016

Peter McCombie MW

Tasting: Marlborough Pinot Noir

Bit closed at first, starts to open up, offering aromas of dried herbs and summer berries; soft in the mouth with power and delicacy, dryish finish, but quite long.

Christine Parkinson

Tasting: Marlborough Pinot Noir

A floral, waxy lily character on nose. Very spicy palate. Dense blueberry and raspberry fruit, with leafy and herbal notes. Finish is long, warming and savoury, with some graininess on tannins and rounded acidity.

Joanna Simon

Tasting: Marlborough Pinot Noir

Aromatic, cherry, spice and sandalwood aromas and flavours. Palate: clean but slightly grainy and still marked by some acidity. Has some elegance, but not much complexity.
