Deep red. Vivid and articulate, even billowing scents of warm raspberry and red plum, with an impressive Pinot finesse to them. Quite a plump, sweet-edged but also saline palate. A little less finesse here than on the nose.

Ripe and forward on the fruit, then on the palate this wine offers a gentle, loving, amazing palate of delicate tiny wild berries with a dusting of custard aromas. Clean, fresh and exciting, this goes with classic whole roasted turbot with shaved truffles; opulent, lingering and very attractive.
