Tarrawarra Estate

Andrew Jefford

Tasting: Tasmania & Victoria Pinot Noir

A pale wine from this difficult vintage. Unfocussed aromas of generalised red fruits, some oak, followed by a soft, balanced palate with more red fruits, firmed up by plenty of acid and a little tannin. Clean, wholesome Pinot from a difficult vintage. A biting finish takes it down a point or two.

Roger Jones

Tasting: Tasmania & Victoria Pinot Noir

Dried cherry on nose, bright flavours on the palate, tannins still there so a great wine to age, love the floral bouquet and long, intense berry finish.

Alessandro Marchesan

Tasting: Tasmania & Victoria Pinot Noir

Subtle and elegant with soft strawberry notes and nice aromatic herb complexity. Light bodied with lovely acidity and long juicy aftertaste.
