Rémi Pouizin is a fifth-generation wine-grower who set up his own domaine in 2014. This shows expressive and spicy berry fruit aromas with violet lift. The fruit is mirrored on the graceful palate , backed by firm tannins. A serious food wine which has depth and complexity.
