Made in the UK's only gravity-fed winery from 100% estate-grown grapes, this new listing for M&S (from 2020 vintage base wine) is a very classy drop. Brisk, lean and fresh with distinct lemon posset, green apple and greengage notes, thanks to the 56% Chardonnay, it spends about 24 months on lees giving it a real creamy nougat length.
