After 12 months at Schloss Sch\u00c3\u00b6nborn in Germany's Rheingau winegrowing region and two terms at Geisenheim Wine School, he returned to the UK in 1977 to establish Tenterden Vineyards in Kent, where he made wine for 23 vintages. He was Winemaker at Lamberhurst Vineyards from 1988\u00e2\u0080\u00931991. Stephen is a consultant to the English wine industry and is involved with planting vineyards for the production of sparkling wine. He became a Master of Wine in 2003.<img src="http:\/\/www.decanter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/34\/2012\/05\/000002f28-Sue_Daniels_.jpg"><h2>Sue Daniels.jpg<\/h2>Sue Daniels is Marks & Spencer's Champagne\/Sparkling, Fortified, Portuguese, English, South African and Burgundian winemaker. She has looked after sparkling and fortified wines for Marks and Spencer since 1999. Sue is currently studying for her Master of Wine while simultaneously bringing up three children.<img src="http:\/\/www.decanter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/34\/2012\/05\/000002f29-Tom_Forrest.jpg"><h2>Tom Forrest.jpg<\/h2>Tom Forrest was born in Edinburgh and fell in love with wine, especially Pinot Noir, at the age of 18 when he was given a bottle of Nuits-St-Georges by a hotel manager. Following a career in hotel management, he began teaching wine & spirits to hospitality students in 1982 and is currently the Wine and Spirits Education Manager at Vinopolis, where he has been working since 1999. Tom oversees the accredited WSET education programme and the calendar of master classes which includes the \u00e2\u0080\u0098Meet the Experts\u00e2\u0080\u0099 series where Oz Clarke regularly features. He has judged at various international wine competitions since 1997, is the author of \u00e2\u0080\u0098The Complete Wine Course\u00e2\u0080\u0099, published by Carlton Books and in 2007 he won the UK Champagne Ambassador competition and was a European finalist. Tom has appeared on TV shows including This Morning, Fake Britain and Come Date With Me as well as various local radio stations in London and the South East, including BBC Radio 4\u00e2\u0080\u0099s Today programme and the World Service.<img src="http:\/\/www.decanter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/34\/2012\/05\/000002f26-Richard_Hemming.jpg"><h2>Richard Hemming.jpg<\/h2>Richard Hemming started working in wine retail in 2001. After completing the WSET Diploma in 2007, he went to McLaren Vale and survived the 2008 vintage as a cellar hand. While there, he started writing about his experiences for www.JancisRobinson.com and now writes articles and tasting notes for the site every week. Richard is also drinks writer for Sainsbury\u00e2\u0080\u0099s Magazine and has been published by Decanter, The Drinks Business, Harpers Wine & Spirit, and The World of Fine Wine. Alongside writing, Richard tutors for the London Wine Academy and runs wine dinners at the Bull & Last in Highgate. He has also worked as a viticultural assistant for Gusbourne Estate in Kent and offers cellar consultation services to private clients. Richard was runner-up for the Young Wine Writer Award in 2007 and 2008, and shortlisted for the Louis Roederer Emerging Wine Writer Award 2010. He is currently completing his MW.
