Level One – Foundation Certificate
Three weeks (six to nine contact hours) of theory and assessment skills including: wine styles, common grape varieties, diffentiation of basic structural components, food and wine pairing and a systematic approach to wine tasting. Tuition, all course materials, including text books and wine samples as well as wholesale pricing on recommended reading and discounts on future wine purchases: $275.00.

Level Two – Intermediate Certificate
Eight week (sixteen to nineteen contact hours) comprehensive course which entails: wine production and classification and an introduction to all the major wine producing regions of the Old and New World. Tuition including textbook, all study aids and samples: $795.00
