Within this category, wines are classified in ascending order according to the must weight achieved: Kabinett, Sptlese, Auslese, Beerenauslese, and Trockenbeerenauslese. The sweetness varies considerably within each category and Auslese, for example, can range from bone dry through to lusciously sweet.
