Poggio Civetta, Montepulciano d’Abruzzo 2015
Distinctively Italian, this medium-bodied red is very approachable with fresh, juicy red cherry aromas and some spice. The palate is soft and elegant, offering more depth and character than other similarly priced Abruzzo wines. This is crying out for a tomato-based pasta dish.
